Soma Bay  Egypt (2nd golf course) – Construction drawings for this project have been completed and construction is due to commence during the first half of 2007.

Nkonyeni Swaziland – The shaping of the second nine holes has been completed and grassing is to commence during the second half of 2007.The first nine holes are already in play.

Millvale – North West Province, South Africa – Modifications to the golf course will continue during the second quarter of 2007.

Waterkloof Hills – Rustenburg, South Africa – This golf estate is to be constructed on the outskirts of Rustenburg. Construction drawings have been completed and the rezoning application has been submitted.Construction is anticipated to commence end 2007.

Lagoon Bay – near George, South Africa – This golf estate will feature 36 holes of golf where Phil Jacobs Design will work with Retief Goosen, the two time US Open Champion. The project application to the Authorities is currently being considered.

Tala Valley, near Pietermaritzburg, South Africa – This golf estate has been planned on a sugar estate and features a river that runs through the centre of the estate. The application to develop this property is currently being considered by the Authorities.

China: Nanjing. DAWAN GOLF ESTATE. New 27 hole golf course and residential estate in progress. Construction to start July2009.

China: Nanjing. New 36 hole golf course planned. A beautiful site with many water features around existing dam and creek. Contruction drawings in progress.

China: Shanghi. New 18 hole golf course in design approval stage.
